YOUTH CURRICULUM

Soul Stories: Mental Health Storytelling Curriculum

​

Soul Stories is creating a trauma-informed storytelling workshop based in social emotional learning for youth that improves emotional literacy, breaks down stigma, and gives students the tools to form meaningful relationships. Our facilitated activities and individualized storytelling exercises will lead to higher levels of resilience and mental well-being. 

​

We offer:

- Multi-week curriculum - 1- 2 hours per week

- Sample workshop - 1-2 hour, one day
