Soul Stories: The Quest!

The Soul Stories community is embarking on a quest!

 

Join us once a month as we engage in a gamified version of the classic Soul Stories model.

There will be elements of Dungeons and Dragons style community decision-making. We will move across the board together covering vast territories of real-life stories, intrepid silliness, philosophical questions and deep reflections.

Environmental Storytelling

Soul Stories and Sierra Club are collaborating to host an evironmental storytelling event in order to fight local gas plants negatively impacting Denver.

William Smith
High School

Fall 2022

Our youth team is working with William Smith High School to host workshops focused on storytelling, mental wellness and community-building!

 

This 8-part workshop showcased how powerful it is for young people to share their personal stories!

Soul Stories will return to William Smith in the 2023-2024 school year!

Denver Strong:
We Got This! 

 

Fall 2022 - Spring 2023

The City of Denver: Office for Behavioral Health has created a mental wellness and anti-suicide initiative called Denver Strong.

 

Over the course of the 22-23 school year, local nonprofits who focus on the mental and emotional health of young people will gather to facilitate empowering workshops across the City of Denver.

University of Denver: Spirituals Project
 

Fall 2022

Harold Fields, who has done a ton of activism work in Denver over the course of his career, is collaborated with Soul Stories to host three storytelling and dialogue workshops with the Spirituals Project that tackle racism, belonging, and community.

These three events resulted in a beautiful display of challenging conversations and authentic connection.
